Robert Half are partnering with a leading advertising technology firm based in central London. They work with brands globally to support on providing customer tailored campaigns driving high quality engagement.

To support their continued growth, they are now looking for a qualified Accounting Manager to join their finance department.

📊 Role

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Accounting Manager will take ownership of audit, controls, and financial management processes within the business. They will take on a number of key duties including:

Key duties include:

  • Lead and own internal and external audit requirements, and be the main point of contact for auditors.
  • Support statutory reporting requirements and relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors to strengthen financial controls and improve audit processes.
  • Develop and maintain cash management planning and forecasting, with a focus on cash flow / collections.
  • Support the Finance Director with tasks including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Review and support the balance sheet, ensuring accuracy of all reconciliations.
  • Review and approve month-end adjustments, ensuring correctness of financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining finance operations to increase efficiency and allow junior team members to focus on higher-value work.
  • Mentor, support, and develop junior members of the finance team.

📋 Profile

The ideal profile for this Accounting Manager position should have the following:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in a finance role.
  • Strong experience in audit (internal / external) as well as financial controls & month-end processes.
  • Strong communication skills with experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and support team development.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, would be advantageous.

💵 Salary and Package

£70,000 - £80,000 + additional benefits including:

The salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications, and training.
