Overview
We are looking for a skilled finance professional to take on a managerial position within our accounting department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, providing insights to senior management.
- Oversee the budgeting process and variance analysis, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of all audit requirements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
