Job Description

  • Organize the formulation and improvement of the Group's accounting policies, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of accounting policies, promptly analyze and resolve issues that arise during execution to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting information.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of accounting policies within the company.
  • Understand the accounting processes of various BGs and modules, establish a quality monitoring system, and conduct daily quality monitoring for the accounting shared services center.
  • Accumulate accounting operation data, develop accounting operation indicators, and create data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with teams within the center to promote process standardization, productization, and the organization of accounting operation tools (e.g., policy libraries, SOPs, process checklists, etc.).
  • Serve as a project manager to advance projects related to process improvement, risk management, or user experience enhancement within the center.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by the center head.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
  • Experience in financial shared services centers or BPO operations, with an understanding of shared services management systems.
  • Familiarity with the operational models of diversified enterprises and possess extensive accounting experience.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of coordinating resources across teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to coordinate and resolve issues across departments.
  • Strong learning ability, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, with strong written and verbal summarization skills.
  • Integrity, optimism, positivity, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work under significant pressure.
  • Good professional ethics and integrity, with the ability to safeguard company confidentiality and financial information.
