The Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of financial transactions. The role involves maintaining financial records, assisting in report preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in financial documentation and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Record, update, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting entries
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries
- Reconcile accounts, invoices, and other financial records to ensure accuracy
- Monitor expenses, payments, and collections to ensure proper documentation and tracking
- Assist in processing payroll, reimbursements, and other financial disbursements
- Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents and records
- Support audits by preparing required financial documents and schedules

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
