PART-TIME ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
£17,472 | Kemsing, Kent | 24 hours per week

We’re recruiting for an organised and hands-on Accounts & Administration Assistant to join a growing business specialising in product distribution and fulfilment within the beauty, cosmetics and influencer space.
The role:
- Raising customer invoices and managing Purchase Orders
- Chasing outstanding POs
- Supporting day-to-day accounts administration
- Managing purchasing and internal orders
- Working with QuickBooks and other systems
- Handling customer, supplier and internal queries
- Weekly stock checks
- General office administration
- Supporting packing and warehouse duties when required

We’re looking for:
- Previous bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration experience
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using systems including QuickBooks
- Someone practical, proactive and happy to get involved across the business
