About The Role
This full-time Accounts Administrator post in Kilsyth offers £14.50 per hour for a minimum of twelve weeks, working 8:00am until 5:00pm. The successful candidate provides administrative and business support to the Hire Operations Team, entering and processing orders on the Results system while communicating with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies. Liaising with other depots to obtain current order information forms a key part of the duties, alongside maintaining accurate records. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, confident communication skills and competence with computerised systems are essential. Previous office or accounts experience would prove advantageous.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams and suppliers, ensuring orders, records and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and business support to the Hire Operations Team
- Accurately enter and process orders on the Results system
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve order queries and discrepancies
- Liaise with other depots to obtain up-to-date order information
- Provide daily administrative support to the Service Team
- Maintain accurate and current information within SharePoint
- Create sales orders for fuel in tanks relating to plant hires
- Process damage reports accurately
- Raise order numbers for workshop and plant purchases
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
- Carry out other duties as requested by the manager

About You
Our Client Is Looking For Someone Who Has
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems
- A good working knowledge of Purchase Ledger functions
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and organised approach to work
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team
