Job Title: Accounts Administrator
We’re looking for a proactive, organised Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Team at our Raynes Park office. This is an excellent opportunity to build your finance and property-sector experience in a varied, fast-paced role.
Role Details
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day office administration, including handling telephone enquiries and responding to emails
- Monitoring rent payments, following up promptly against deadlines and keeping landlords informed
- Liaising with our rent warranty claims team and providing accurate, up-to-date rent ledgers when required
- Following up on outstanding fees and ensuring payments are received promptly
- Preparing and issuing quarterly and annual statements to landlords
- Preparing references for outgoing tenants
- Processing and recording council tax invoices where applicable
- Allocating incoming payments and processing payments to landlords and contractors
- Preparing and processing move-in statements
- Reconciling client money accounts accurately and efficiently
- Producing daily financial reports for branches and Head Office
- Registering tenancy deposits in line with required procedures
- Managing deposit releases and de-registration
- Supporting ad hoc finance tasks and audits as required
