As an Accounts Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Administration team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

It's a Great Opportunity For Someone Who Enjoys Building Relationships And Is Looking To Challenge Themselves In a Vibrant Environment, Working Alongside a Team Of Dynamic People! You’ll

  • Prepare accounts packs for review by our Accounts team with excellent attention to detail
  • Accurately prepare and submit accounts, company or personal tax returns, and P11Ds, including submitting approved statutory accounts and corporation tax returns to Companies House and HMRC
  • Skilfully manage the preparation of all company secretarial forms and filing confirmation statements with a strong attention to detail
  • Help maintain accurate client records and support statutory compliance by ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Proactively monitor emails and transfer calls to the relevant department or person, keeping communication flowing smoothly
  • Welcome and greet clients, creating a friendly and professional first impression, while providing reception cover when required
  • Prepare client correspondence and support the effective management of electronic and paper records
  • Tackle various administrative tasks using our sector-specific software whenever needed, as well as Microsoft Office applications
