About the role

Working Monday – Friday, from 08:00–17:00 at our Dover office, you’ll join a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and cost-effective administrative and finance support. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining customer service, financial administration, and data entry, while ensuring costs and revenue are accurately allocated and customer needs are handled promptly.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries, respond to invoice requests, and provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Accurately input and maintain information across bespoke systems, ensuring costs are allocated to the correct jobs and customers.
  • Complete new supplier and customer forms, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure the correct revenue is allocated across customs jobs and support accurate financial administration.
  • Oversee overdue invoice management and support the wider team with changing priorities and day-to-day business requirements.

About you

You’re an organised and detail-focused individual who takes pride in delivering accurate work and providing excellent customer service. You’ll have strong administrative skills and be comfortable working with financial information, systems, and data, with the ability to work quickly without compromising on accuracy. Clear and concise communication will be essential, as you’ll regularly liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.

You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable flexing their approach to meet the changing needs of the business. Previous experience in administration, finance, customer service, or a similar environment would be beneficial, but above all, we’re looking for someone reliable, commercially aware, and committed to getting things right.
