Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Southport

Salary: £28,000

Service Care are delighted to be working with a returning client of ours as they look to recruit an Accounts Administrator in their head office in Southport. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of Credit Control and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email on a regular basis
  • Assisting with manual cash and card allocations, ensuring this is done accurately and to the right cost centers.
  • Assisting with allocating cheque payments.
  • Assisting with the recollection of customer statements
  • Preparing account statements on a monthly basis
  • Regularly maintaining and filling of financial records.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
