Overview

WK Webster is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team in Sidcup. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their office and administration experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Supporting the day to day running of the Finance department, you'll be responsible for a range of administrative and data entry tasks, helping to ensure payments and financial records are processed accurately. We're open to a variety of backgrounds and would be keen to hear from candidates who have strong attention to detail, are comfortable using computers and are eager to learn.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. The first three months will be office based, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home following successful completion of probation.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Enter and process payments using internal systems and banking platforms
  • Input and maintain accurate financial data and records
  • Update banking details on company systems
  • Carry out reconciliations and support payment activities
  • Assist with invoice administration
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
  • Support with ad hoc tasks as required

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Good organisational skills and able to manage a varied workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous administration, customer service or office experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Right to work in the UK required
