Join the Hedin Automotive Accounts team as an Accounts Administrator and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial administration of our business. The Main Duties of the Role Include
- Preparing payments and ensuring all supporting paperwork is accurate and complete
- Supporting Car Auction administration, including invoice posting and allocation
- Processing Road Fund Licence data and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with purchase ledger administration, including scanning, processing invoices and allocating manufacturer accounts
- Maintaining and accurately recording Motability costs within the system
- Supporting company accident claims, month-end administration and general finance duties as required
Your Profile
- Previous administration experience would be desirable, although candidates looking to develop their experience within an accounts environment are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment
- Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team

Salary and Hours
- Basic salary of £23,223.20 per annum
- Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
