A proactive and commercially astute Accounts Administrator is needed to join a highly successful fast-paced business at their office on the outskirts of Exeter, close to the M5, to support the Finance Department.

Accounts Administrator – The Role

  • Running daily financial reports and reconciling daily sales reports, using Sage.
  • Reconciling sales ledger statements monthly.
  • Maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Credit control via email and phone and processing payments.
  • Assisting purchase ledger with processing supplier invoices.
  • Processing interbranch stock transfers.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the wider office team where needed.

Accounts Administrator – The Person

The successful candidate will be an experienced Accounts Administrator with experience of sales ledger and reconciliations. An effective communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a confident, positive attitude. Credit control experience is beneficial. Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous but not essential, full training will be given.

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000pa depending on experience/qualifications + benefits.

Hours: Monday – Friday, full time, 8:30am – 5:30pm, 30 min lunch break

Location: Office based with parking, Exeter outskirts
