POSITION SUMMARY
As TTC’s Accounts Analyst, you will support core accounting and reporting activities across the month-end close cycle. You’ll assist in journal postings, reconciliations, and financial data validation, working with the wider finance team to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Journal Support – Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries.
- Account Reconciliations – Perform balance sheet reconciliations, accruals posting, journal entries reclassification and investigate variances.
- Data Validation – Support data checks for integrity across subledgers and reporting tools.
- Reporting Support – Assist with internal reporting packs and close documentation.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with AP, AR, and GL teams to resolve open items and improve data accuracy.

ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Timeliness and accuracy of journal entries.
- % of reconciliations completed on time.
- Number of unresolved variances aged >30 days.
- Quality and completeness of reporting inputs.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with accounting support.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle R12).
- Understanding of core accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and data integrity.
