Summary

At CT we are driven by our purpose: The Joy of Helping Others Succeed, and our values and behaviours which shape who we are and how we work together. These principles guide the way we interact with clients, collaborate as teams, and contribute to the success of our business. This applies to clients and colleagues alike. We focus on achieving potential and developing ourselves. We are growing and embrace opportunity and innovation – you will too.

The number crunching days are gone, keeping pace with innovation and being part of that culture is the future. We love transforming numbers into something useful for people. But great things can’t happen with technology alone. That’s the reason we’re keen to engage with each other.

Like many organisations, we have adapted our working practices – we have a fully dynamic working model, giving our people flexibility aligned with business needs. We trust you to work where you work best. This could be at home, in the office or a combination of the two. All we ask is that you attend client meetings in person as necessary and have occasional face-to-face catch-ups with your team.

The team

CT brings together more than 180 specialists providing a wide range of high-quality professional services. Within the Accounts and Business Advisory team, we have over 30 people across the globe.

At CT, the success of our business is founded on being able to recruit the best people, who share our purpose and values and are driven to make a positive impact. As a result, we are recognised as a firm that creates real and lasting value for our people and clients, and we will provide you with opportunities to drive change and make a difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
