Accounts Administrator / Customer Service Administrator (Part-Time, Remote) with www.rockademy.co.uk
Location: Remote
Salary: £170 per week (paid weekly)
Hours: Varies
We are Rockademy - an award-winning UK-based music academy that provides musical instrument lessons to children in schools across the country. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator along with supporting a Customer Service Administrator role to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a dual-function remote role perfect for a proactive individual who loves both numbers and people. You will handle the essential accounting admin while also being a friendly point of contact for our parents and tutors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivables and payables (Xero)
- Process customer payments and Manage Direct Debits (GoCardless)
- Provide client and staff (tutor) support via email, phone
- Handle customer account inquiries and tutor scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts administration or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and accounting software - Xero and GOCardless
- Experience working remotely is an advantage
