Accounts & Finance Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Accounts & Finance Supervisor to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day finance administration using Xero
- Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledgers
- Processing customer invoices, supplier bills, payments, and banking transactions
- Completing bank, credit card, and control account reconciliations
- Supporting credit control, including monitoring outstanding and overdue customer balances
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end processes, including journals, accruals, pre-payments, and management reporting
- Responding professionally to customer and supplier queries
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting

- Strong practical experience using Xero
- Good understanding of sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
