Accounts & Finance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Accounts & Finance Supervisor to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day finance administration using Xero
  • Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledgers
  • Processing customer invoices, supplier bills, payments, and banking transactions
  • Completing bank, credit card, and control account reconciliations
  • Supporting credit control, including monitoring outstanding and overdue customer balances
  • Supporting month-end and quarter-end processes, including journals, accruals, pre-payments, and management reporting
  • Responding professionally to customer and supplier queries
  • Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting

  • Good understanding of sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
