Accounts and Office Manager
A highly successful firm of Wells chartered accountants is looking to recruit a key addition into their team as an Accounts and Office Manager. You will undertake a combined role across providing both all-round accounts, tax, and other services to their clients and act as key support to the firm's directors, helping manage the team, office, and undertake an operational role alongside this.

This successful accountancy practice based in Wells acts for a wide range of industry clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups, sole traders, partnerships, and a significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, ranging in size, location, and industry sectors. Flexible hours, a mix of hybrid working, part-time hours, or full-time hours can be accommodated to suit the right addition.

Description
Joining this firm as an Accounts and Office Manager, you will manage the delivery of year-end accounts, tax, VAT, and wider services to varied clients. You will also provide key support to the directors, helping manage the team and undertake a combined administrative and operational office managerial role alongside the client delivery, carving a key position within the growing firm of accountants.
Profile
For this Accounts and Office Manager role, you may hold any of ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, AAT qualified, etc., with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to around the managerial levels. You will have a year-end accounts, tax, and all-round technical accounting skill career background and will be interested in the potential to also work closely with directors in a more operational and wider office managerial capacity as key support and a key hire.

Job Offer
