We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Apprentice to join our Finance team at Switch Electrical Wholesale.
This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a busy Finance department while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
You’ll work alongside our Finance Manager and Accounts team, learning new skills and taking on more responsibility as you develop.
What you’ll be doing
- Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and debit notes
- Daily sales invoice runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Customer account administration
- Routine credit control
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing and general accounts administration
- Supporting the Finance team with day-to-day tasks

No previous accounts experience is required – we’ll provide the training.

- Good with numbers and attention to detail
- Confident communicating with others
- Comfortable using computers
- Keen to learn and develop
- Positive, hardworking and willing to get stuck in
