Accounts Assistant (Part-Time, 15 hours per week)

Help us fight antimicrobial resistance from behind the scenes
We're an innovative medical technology company, and we've developed a game-changing microfluidic test for antimicrobial susceptibility. It helps clinicians choose the right antibiotic, faster. As we grow, we're looking for an organised, detail-minded Accounts Assistant to join our friendly Administration and Accounts team.
This is a part-time role of 15 hours per week, worked flexibly at our Whiteley site. It could suit someone who wants to fit work around family, study or other commitments.

What you'll be doing
- Receiving and checking supplier invoices
- Posting invoices and expenses to Xero
- Reviewing supplier statements and resolving any queries
- Reconciling payments in Xero
- Supporting the wider team with other admin and accounts tasks as they come up
What we're looking for
- An accurate, methodical approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, so you can work well with colleagues, suppliers, and the wider community.
- A problem-solver who uses their initiative.
- Good Excel skills.
- Accounts payable experience is a bonus but not essential.
