Accounts Assistant - AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Location
Whitstable, Kent (Office Based)

Global Commissioning is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our expanding Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple international entities while supporting a dynamic, private-equity-backed organisation operating across the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting customer invoicing and expense processing
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
- Maintaining accurate financial records within NetSuite
- Assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities
- Supporting finance process improvements and system enhancements
- Working closely with Country Finance Managers and the Financial Controller

What we're looking for
- AAT qualified or studying ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Previous finance, accounts, or administrative experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems is advantageous
