Accounts Assistant | Exclusive to Investigo

I am exclusively partnering with a well-established and growing business to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their finance team.

Hybrid - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
Salary - £28,000 - £30,000
Location - London

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of finance or accounts experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment. The role would particularly suit someone who is currently studying AAT or is keen to begin their AAT studies and build a long-term career in finance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices and payments
  • Supporting weekly payment runs
  • Handling supplier and internal finance queries
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
  • Assisting with compliance checks and finance administration
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth financial operations

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years' experience within a finance OR accounts role
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
  • Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • AAT studier or someone interested in starting AAT
  • Experience working with high volumes of transactions would be advantageous
