Company Overview
You will be joining a modern London Law Firm as their Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. Working in a close-knit team of 4, you will all be reporting directly into the Finance & Practice Manager. This role will be based 5 days a week in their luxurious Central London offices and there will be flexibility to work from home 1 day a week after 3 months with the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Assisting with raising client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Allocating fee-earner time and costs
- Maintaining the firm's Billing document
- Assisting with mid-year and year-end financial processes
- Supporting with reconciliations and reporting
- Assisting with office expenses
- Drafting requests for funds on account
- Posting disbursements and recharges
- Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and documentation
- Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team as required

Role Requirements
- Previous experience in an Accounts or Finance support role
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Clear, confident communicator, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels

- Annual salary of up to £32,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
