Accounts Assistant - Brighton

Description
- Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining records.
- Support payroll processing and related financial tasks.
- Handle supplier and customer account queries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end financial processes.

Profile
A Successful Accounts Assistant Should Have
- Previous experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer
- Permanent position based in Brighton.
- Salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
