We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team in our award-winning business. This position is a full time, office based role in Auchincruive, Ayr.

Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of Sales Ledger, Credit Control & Cashbook.
Responsibilities:
- Posting cashbook transactions & allocate incoming customer payments to the correct accounts
- Issue customer invoices & credit notes
- Assisting with credit control
- Setting up new customer accounts and maintain customer credit limits
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Issue customer statements
- Answering the telephone & redirecting calls.
- Assisting visitors to the business.
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge of SAGE and SAP systems would be beneficial however training will be provided.
