Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a well-established and highly regarded independent publishing company.

This is a newly created role within an established finance team and an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or in a similar accounts role.

You’ll be involved in a broad range of day-to-day finance work, including:

  • Producing sales reports
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Handling staff expenses and company credit cards
  • Undertaking some Accounts Payable work

You’ll also help prepare month-end reports, carry out reconciliations and assist with other finance administration and reporting. It’s a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys being part of a busy and friendly finance team.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Transactional finance experience
  • An understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Intermediate Excel skills

You’ll be organised and thorough, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to your work.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: £33,000–£35,000
  • Working Hours: 35-hour working week
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the offices near central London
