ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT | NEWBURY | c£30,000
A varied Accounts Assistant position has become available with a well established and reputable company in Newbury. Working within a small and friendly accounts team, the role will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts administration.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:
- Checking and processing invoices
- Chasing for invoice approvals
- Processing payments on a regular basis
- Undertaking detailed account reconciliations
- Resolving invoice queries
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining vendor information on the system
- Producing monthly reports

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in a similar finance/ accounts role
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage your own workload
- Good team player
- Intermediate Excel skills
