Accounts Assistant
Our Client seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Accounts Assistant would require a strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Duties of the Accounts Assistant
- Ensure bank receipts and payments are correctly recorded and reconciled.
- Process payment runs.
- Accounts payable.
- Statement reconciliation.
- Process accounting records efficiently within the accounting system.
- Process journals of the system.
- Matching & filing invoices.
- Dealing with sub-contractors invoicing.
- Dealing with 3rd party vendors.
- Ad-hoc duties.

- Organised and strong attention to detail.
- Has a confident understanding and working knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Has a genuine interest in bookkeeping and accounts.
- Good Excel skills.
- Is a strong communicator and has a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
