Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire.
Due to recent growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant / Trainee Accountant to join the team at our busy dealerships in the West Yorkshire region.
Roles available in Wakefield, Doncaster, Bradford, and Huddersfield.
REMUNERATION
For the role of Assistant Accountant / Trainee Accountant with Cars2, you will receive:

We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to be based at our busy Huddersfield dealership. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, capable, and ready for their next career move. The successful candidate will be expected to cover all aspects of accounts administration in order to support the Dealership team.
Skills required
- Debtors Reporting and experience in both Purchase & Sales ledgers
- Experience of bank reconciliations and postings
- Nominal reconciliations
- Attention to Detail
- Good Accounts experience
- Working knowledge of Excel and month-end procedures
Desirable
The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Accountant at Cars2 will have Motor Trade experience and an accounting qualification (AAT or similar). Additionally, a working knowledge of ADP Autoline/Kerridge would be a huge advantage.
