Through trusted scientific publishing, specialist learning platforms, accredited education, webinars, digital learning, virtual congresses, and live and hybrid events, we connect healthcare professionals with leading experts and clinically relevant knowledge.

Today, Radcliffe serves a global community of more than 300,000 healthcare professionals through over 20 specialist brands and platforms. With operations across the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland and the US, we combine global reach with deep cardiovascular expertise.

Our work is built on editorial independence, scientific credibility and educational excellence. Our purpose is to make high-quality medical knowledge accessible, engaging and impactful, helping healthcare professionals stay informed and supporting better patient care worldwide.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career finance professional seeking hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting and finance activities.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, gaining exposure to accounts payable, billing and credit control. The role offers significant scope for learning and development within a growing organisation.

You will join a small but busy finance team supporting a growing international healthcare education and medical communications business. The finance function is responsible for multiple legal entities and bank accounts, processing supplier invoices, customer billing, payment runs, credit control and financial reporting across several jurisdictions.

You will work with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Client Services and Leadership, using systems including Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Tipalti to support day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Manage employee expense claims and company card transactions
  • Maintain supplier account records and resolve invoice queries
  • Support month-end accounts payable activities

Payments and Treasury

  • Prepare supplier and employee payment runs for approval
  • Ensure payments are processed accurately and on time

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
