Accounts Assistant Position in Chester
This role is an Accounts Assistant position in Chester, helping to support a backlog in Purchase and Sales ledger for around 4 weeks.
Client Details
Our client is an established and growing business currently experiencing an exciting period. They are needing additional resources for 4 weeks initially to help to support with a backlog. Immediate start!
Description
The Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Purchase Ledger: raising PO's, invoice matching and processing
- Sales Ledger: raising sales invoices and cash allocation
- Reconciliations and delivery note matching
- General finance team support across a varied workload

Profile
The ideal Accounts Assistant will have:
- Previous experience across both AP and AR functions
- Ability to commit to a 4 week contract, initially.
Job Offer
The benefits include:
- Salary: 32-35,000 (pro-rata)
- Flexible start/finish times (8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm)
- Early finish on Fridays
