£30,000 - £35,000 📋 Finance 🏬 London Hybrid

Location: London (Hybrid 2 days per week in office)

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the Finance Function by processing financial transactions accurately and on time. This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of finance experience who is looking to develop a career in accounting and may be studying towards an AAT qualification.

What you’ll be working on

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

Purchase Ledger

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Prepare supplier payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
  • Set up new supplier accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
