About The Role
Sheridan Maine London seeks an Accounts Assistant for a full-time, temporary assignment in Hertford, paying £16 per hour. Responsibilities Of This Accounts Assistant Position Will Include
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Processing payments and supporting with banking duties
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Responding to finance-related queries
- Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team
The successful Accounts Assistant will ideally have/be:
- Previous experience within an accounts or finance role
- Confident working with numbers and financial information
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Available to start at short notice
