Accounts Assistant – Advertising Technology – London – Hybrid (3 days in office) - £28,000
Join a fast-growing, international marketing and technology business working with some of the world’s most exciting brands.
This role is ideal with someone with 1+ years experience working in finance, looking for further exposure and the next step in your career. Based near Farringdon, London with a hybrid working model, you’ll report to the Finance Manager and work closely with the Finance Director in a varied, hands-on role.
The Role
- Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals and weekly supplier payment runs.
- Maintain accurate supplier and client records, while acting as a key point of contact for external partners.
- Complete bank reconciliations, employee expenses and corporate credit card transactions.
- Support accounts receivable, including issuing client statements and following up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with month-end activities, including journals for accruals, prepayments and depreciation, while identifying opportunities to improve processes.

About You
- Educated to degree level or finance studies
- 1+ year experience in finance with AP/AR and general finance processes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, task-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Good Excel skills with a willingness to learn new systems; Xero experience is desirable but not essential.
- A problem-solver who is adaptable, analytical and keen to develop a career in finance within a growing international business.
