Job Title: Accounts Assistant
We're supporting a Bromley based Architecture and Construction business who are hiring an accounts assistant for a temp role into new year to support the finance team with current projects and BAU work.
This is the ideal role if you are available and keen to start a new role this week.
The successful candidate must be able to commute to BR1, Bromley South train station (5 mins walk from station) or Bromley North.

The ideal candidate would have experience in payables, or receivables, or an all-round accounts assistant or bookkeeper type role.
Main duties would include:
- Processing invoices to correct projects
- Speaking to project managers internally to resolve queries
- Monthly credit card and expenses reconciliations
- Support payment procedures
- Speak to debtors to handle queries and ensure payment in line with terms
- Allocating payments
- Supporting Controller with month end close. (Experience at this level would be great but happy to train someone if needed)

Depending on experience level they are open to salary level from £26k - £36k on an hourly rate basis.
