We are hiring for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join our busy transactional finance team for a period of 3 months. As our Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that all more2life financial transactions within your remit are accounted for accurately and on a timely basis and to support key stakeholders as and when required.

Main duties and responsibilities
- To process system generated interface files
- To monitor fund requests and reconcile facility balances
- To post financial transactions into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner into multiple companies
- To produce broker commission payments and statements
- To reconcile bank accounts and post transactions to the general ledger.
Key knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience of computerised accounting systems.
- Experience of posting to multiple company Nominal, Sales and Purchase ledgers.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
- Awareness of the importance of processing and posting data accurately.
