Accounts Assistant

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll handle day-to-day financial tasks to keep things running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and ensuring accurate financial records.

Description

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining detailed records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Handle queries related to invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
