Part-time Accounts Assistant
As a part-time Accounts Assistant you will handle essential accounting tasks to keep the financial side of the business running smoothly. This temporary role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with numbers and supporting financial processes.

Description
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Month end close for payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate and organised accounting files and documentation.
- Handle queries related to payments and account discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide general administrative support as needed within the accounting department.

Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

Job Offer
- £30,000 to £32,000 salary dependent on the level of experience.
