The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager you'll become an integral part of a close-knit finance team. This is a varied position that offers excellent exposure across the finance function, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience.

As your knowledge grows, you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to month-end processes, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, with ongoing support from an experienced leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client queries via email and telephone.
  • Processing client payments, refunds and invoicing.
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations.
  • Supporting purchase ledger processing and payment runs.
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Resolving supplier queries and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc accounting duties.

Candidate Profile

The organisation is looking for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is eager to continue developing within finance. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, alongside:
