Accounts Assistant | Crossmaglen
📍 Crossmaglen | 3-Month FTC | Potential to Go Permanent
I'm working with a growing manufacturing business that is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to its finance team.
The role will have a strong focus on AP, stock reconciliations, purchasing and month-end, working closely with both finance and operational teams.

- Stock and inventory reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Purchase Orders and purchasing
- Bank reconciliations and cash-flow support
- Month-end support
- Investigating stock and supplier discrepancies
- General finance support
Ideally you'll have:
- 2+ years' accounts experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong Excel and Sage 200 skills
- Experience with stock/inventory reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Accountancy studies would be advantageous but not essential
