Accounts Assistant – Travel Invoicing
London | Office-based
Are you looking to build your accounts career within the travel industry? Or are you an experienced BSP invoicer ready for a new challenge in a friendly, informal business?
We are recruiting for a specialist travel company working across corporate travel and the fast-paced world of music touring. This is a varied invoicing role where no two days are quite the same—you could process 50 invoices one day and have a much quieter workload the next.
The company is happy to consider either:
- A junior Accounts Assistant who has gained some experience within a travel company and understands airline tickets.
- An experienced travel accounts professional with BSP invoicing knowledge.
Previous experience using Travcom would be particularly useful, although attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important for a junior candidate.
Accounts Assistant - What will you be doing?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
