Accounts Associate Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Associate to join our team based in Brighton.
Role Overview
As an Accounts Associate your role will involve:
- Financial Administration: Electronic Document Management and Hard copy filing.
- Companies House: Filing client documents with the Registrar of Companies.
- Bookkeeping: Using Sage Accounting, Xero and Excel and preparing client books from source documents.
- VAT Returns: Completing and filing VAT returns on behalf of clients.
- Audit Support: Supporting the Audit department in preparation of files.
- Client Liaison: Communicating with clients by telephone and email regarding their accounting matters.
- Office Duties: Supporting with general office duties including meeting and greeting office visitors and clients.

Requirements
The Ideal Accounts Associate will:
- Have at least 1 year's experience working in an Accountancy firm.
- Have a Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C but preferably A level qualified.
- Be a professional individual with good attention to detail.
- Have software experience including Xero/Sage, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Be a good communicator both orally and in writing.
