Grafton Banks Finance is looking for an Accounts & Audit Senior to join an ever expanding practice in Worthing. The firm has a great reputation and a strong base of clients across a broad spectrum of business and are great at offering personal development opportunities within promotions.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA Part Qualified or QBE and be able to demonstrate a high standard of technical knowledge across range of audit and accounts. Prior practice experience is essential as is proven demonstrable experience of managing the full audit cycle. You will also have experience of and an enjoyment in developing and training more junior staff and be able to demonstrate first class written and face to face communication and presentation skills.

Strong IT experience including CCH and Caseware would be useful but most important is the ability to work closely with clients, forging strong and lasting commercial relationships and ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met. In addition you will be happy to supervise, delegate and develop the team.
