Accounts Business Partner - Reed Southend
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
The Role
Reed Southend is looking for a driven and relationship focused Accounts Business Partner to join our successful team.
This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring an exceptional recruitment service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, source high quality candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.
The role combines account management, business development, candidate attraction, and recruitment delivery, making it perfect for someone who enjoys building long term relationships and working in a fast paced environment.

Managing Client Relationships
- Taking ownership of service delivery across a portfolio of accounts
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted recruitment partner
- Attending client meetings and identifying opportunities to grow existing business
- Managing client expectations and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved
- Delivering permanent, temporary, and interim recruitment solutions
Finding and Engaging Talent
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, advertising, social media, referrals, and networking
- Interviewing, registering, and qualifying candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and promoting their profiles to clients
- Ensuring vacancies and bookings are filled efficiently and to agreed timescales
- Maintaining compliance, candidate records, and recruitment administration
