About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview
We are seeking B2B Account Executive Experts to generate, evaluate, and refine tasks related to business-to-business sales and deal management for frontier AI initiatives. In this role, experts will build technically accurate, practical tasks that test AI model capabilities in discovery calls, sales qualification, solution selling, and deal progression.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: ~3 years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B Account Executive (AE).
- Core Competencies: Fluent in modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and solution-selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger). Hands-on experience with discovery, lead qualification, buyer engagement, and deal execution.
- Deliverable History: Proven track record of producing professional sales deliverables such as discovery call plans, qualification frameworks, business cases, proposal drafts, and deal-progression strategies.
- Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex buyer personas, identify customer pain points, assess deal risks, and map effective sales pathways.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review task scenarios and sales inputs to ensure practical realism, narrative consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for writing realistic buyer-seller interactions, sales prompts, and structured evaluation rubrics.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, incorporate calibration feedback, and iterate under senior review.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
