Accounts & Financial Reporting Assistant Manager/Manager – Top 40 Firm – London

As an Accounts & Financial Reporting Assistant Manager/Manager, you will:

  • Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for complex, multi-entity, and international group structures.
  • Oversee detailed consolidation workings, including acquisition accounting adjustments, eliminations, and non-controlling interests.
  • Provide expert technical guidance under UK GAAP and IFRS directly to clients, internal audit teams, and partners.
  • Plan, supervise, and review the output of junior accounts team members while delivering targeted technical coaching.

  • Hold the ACA or ACCA qualification
