Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements where required.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products, services, and project outcomes.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and present account reviews, reports, and performance updates.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and retention targets.
  • Build long-term partnerships that support customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Track customer feedback and use insights to improve service levels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • SIA Non-Frontline Licence (Frontline desirable)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Must have a full clean driving licence
  • Good standard IT skills
  • At least 3 years’ management experience
  • Able to evidence exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Customer service experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of P & L accounting
