Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and requests.
- Understand clients' business needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements where required.
- Monitor account performance and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products, services, and project outcomes.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare and present account reviews, reports, and performance updates.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and retention targets.
- Build long-term partnerships that support customer loyalty and business growth.
- Track customer feedback and use insights to improve service levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity in CRM systems.

Qualifications
- SIA Non-Frontline Licence (Frontline desirable)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Must have a full clean driving licence
- Good standard IT skills
- At least 3 years’ management experience
- Able to evidence exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Customer service experience
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of P & L accounting
