Accounts Manager role for a well respected accountancy firm in the Sidcup area
Client Details
A mid-tier accountancy firm in the Sidcup area is recruiting for an Accounts Manager to manage a busy portfolio of clients and a small team.
Description
- Manage client accounts and oversee their financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address their financial queries.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Profile
A Successful Accounts Manager Should Have
- A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Experience in managing accounts within the accountancy practice industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in Sidcup.
- Additional benefits as part of the employment package.
- Hybrid working.
