We’re looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Accounts Manager to join our team and be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, offering a blend of accounting, tax, planning, and advisory services.
This role is not just about managing accounts; it’s about understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored advice that helps them achieve their goals. You will be the trusted advisor, the go-to person who clients rely on for guidance, expertise, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions that add value
- Organise and attend client meetings to best understand their needs
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services – this includes the preparation and review of annual accounts, tax returns, and one-off advisory projects
- Support and mentor junior team members
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Part or fully qualified in a professional accountancy and/or tax qualification
- Solid experience within a similar role within an accountancy practice
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management
- Build trust with ease, communicate with clarity, and take genuine pride in seeing your clients succeed
- Proficient in accounting and tax software
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to share knowledge and support colleagues
