CONTRACT: Full-time

LANGUAGES: English & Mandarin (business fluency)

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a London-based Accountancy Services Provider, who is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join their team.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that a portfolio of client companies operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering finance-related obligations, statutory filings and corporate governance requirements accurately and on time, in accordance with each client’s service agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver agreed service lines (bookkeeping, RTI, VAT and related filings) for a portfolio of client companies, to the service levels set out in their service agreements.
  • Support client governance: coordinating director/trustee sign-off, maintaining board minutes and statutory records, and keeping Companies House filings accurate and up to date.
  • Act as day-to-day liaison between the client company, our internal compliance and finance teams, and external auditors or lawyers.
  • Support periodic KYC/AML review updates for client companies and escalate anomalies promptly through internal procedures.
  • Monitor key contractual milestones (payment terms, notice periods, dispute timelines) and flag deviations early.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
